No. We do not make any sketches more than 1 day prior to the appointment. The simple reason, people tend to change their minds a lot. We will show you the day of or if we have time the day before.

Please be patient. There is a reason you chose me to do your artwork, so trust the process.

Appointments

What’s included in a Full Day -

2 hours of drawing and stenciling, usually done the night before at home.

6 to 7 hours of tattooing

If you already have some type of outline tattooed and no drawing or stenciling is needed.

Should I book for a full day?

Fully depends on the tattoo. If you are working on a quarter sleeve or bigger, I recommend booking a full day.

The smaller the session the more money you end up spending in the long run. The reason is, I can get a lot more completed in 5 - 6 hours than in 3!

Full-Day Session

What to expect during an all-day session?

As soon as you walk in, we will confirm the size of the design and exact placement. Once the sizing has been confirmed, I will print the stencil out.

Once confirmed, I will ensure you are comfortable in my booth, while I set up. After set up, I will transfer the stencil onto your skin, confirm placement again, and wait 5-20 mins for the stencil to dry. (Great time to go grab a snack! )

Finally, we start tattooing! If you booked a full day, we do take small breaks to eat. I would suggest bringing food (we do have a fridge and a microwave). I suggest taking a 10-30 min eating break. If you take anything longer, your skin starts to heal and it might be more painful when you start tattooing again.

If you book anything less than a full day, you get bathroom/snack breaks (quick 5 min breaks).

Once finished the artist will take a few pics, your tattoo will be cleaned and a bandage will be put on.

After Care

How long until you can go swimming?

Your tattoo needs to be completely healed before going swimming or going in a hot tub.

The healing process is different for everyone. Some people heal faster than others.

Once the tattoo has completely pealed give it about another week or so for the skin to restore. It generally takes about 2 weeks to a month for full healing.

How long till you can be in the sun?

Do not be in direct sunlight while your tattoo is healing. You cannot wear sunscreen during the healing process, so I would advise you to cover it with some type of clothing.

Make sure you DO NOT have a sunburn or recent tan when you come in for your appointment.

If the artist am unable to tattoo when you come into your appointment due to a sunburn, you will automatically lose your deposit.

After the tattoo is healed, you have to keep taking care of your tattoo. This means wearing sunscreen; while out in the sun. The way you take care of it will determine how your tattoo will look in 10 years.

Tattoo Switch

Switching tattoo ideas?

You ARE able to switch your tattoo idea as long as you notify me before a stencil is made. I recommend letting me know at least 1-2 weeks before the scheduled appointment.

If you change the idea the night before and the artist does not have time to draw the new idea, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
